Has to be one of the best coffees I've ever had at any of these types of places. Polite, helpful staff and a great atmosphere to enjoy the coffee. Also not far from the motorway and cheaper full opposite at Asda than there was on motorway 32p a litre cheaper. Happy days all round.

Had to queue in the car but it moved quickly and it wasn't a problem. Items were delivered quickly when ordered and nice coffee. Staff very efficient and pleasent. Would definitely use again.

Just a quick shout out to the lovely lady in there that served me and enquired if I had parked in the car park as it was limited time parking. She was friendly and helpful and didn't mind me being there for a time as my car was across being fixed. Bless you and thank you

Love this new Costa. It's on my way home, the service, the coffee are great and the Muffins really fresh. They have excellent safety measures inside and I have been visiting each time I go to Carlisle since the day it opened.

I visit this Costa on a regular basis, the service depends on the staff, I am always served quickly but, I get the feeling the staff would rather be anywhere but there. Very rarely do you get service with a smile. In general the cafe is clean but there are usually quite a few tables that need emptied and cleaned, from dirty dishes, even though there always seems to be enough staff.

It's always a good experience, either sitting in or driving through. I have never had to wait too long and the quality of the products are as you would find in most Costa cafes. The staff here are always pleasant and obliging and I get service with a smile. My only criticism of all Costa is the price. I feel sure the could do it cheaper, this increasing the number of clientele.

Usually come here once a week with my friend and the service is good both inside and out you don't have to wait long and the food is fine

Most Sunday mornings, my husband & I pop in for brunch . The staff are always very helpful and informative. The seating area is clean and tidy to high standard. Very good selection of snacks & drinks. Would highly recommend.
